To All of Our Valued Patients,
Our office is up and running officially! As we move forward during this time, we continue to ask for your patience and your cooperation.
Infection control has always been our top priority and we hope you have observed that in your past visits in our office. We STRICTLY follow infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We follow these agencies so that we are up to date on any new guideline that may be issued.
Based on these recommended guidelines, you will see some changes in our office at your next visit. We made these changes to help protect all of our patients and staff. These changes are:
- Our office will be conducting screening on EVERYONE who enters the office. This will include a quick health questionnaire, taking your temperature, spraying your hands with hand sanitizer and using mouth rinse before we start your appointment. Our staff will also have their temperature taken at the start of every work day.
- A mask must be worn by EVERYONE who enters the office. We will let you know when we are ready for your mask to come off once you’re in the room. For parents/guardians who are sitting with young children, your mask must be worn during their entire visit.
- Our waiting room is closed for the time being. Please remain in your car when you arrive. You will need to call us from the parking lot to let us know that you are here for your appointment. We are limiting the amount of people in the office so that social distancing can be practiced.
- We also recommend that you bring a sweater or jacket to your appointment. We are lowering the temperature in the office due to the additional layer of personal protective equipment that our staff now needs to wear.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. We value your trust and loyalty.
