Our practice is now offering low-cost, in-office dental savings plans for patients who do NOT have dental insurance. Our plan will have set prices and discounts available to all patients who join.
What to Expect with Our Savings Plan?

Plan Guidelines
- • Membership starts the day you buy in! You must pay the membership fee in full to enter.
- • No refunds will be issued at any time.
- • Membership is good for 1 year from buy in date.
- • Additional family members added to the plan, must live in same household.
- • You cannot transfer this plan to another patient.
- • Once plan starts, no other member can be added until next year when you renew the plan.
- • This saving plan is only good with our office. If you get referred to another doctor, they will have their own fees.
You CAN NOT join if you already have dental insurance.
This is for patients without insurance only.
Membership Cost
$125 Buy in for 1 person
$75 Buy in for every additional family member who lives in the same household.
