Insurance

All patients should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Our office will prepare and submit all of the necessary insurance claims as a convenience to you. However, your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company - not between our office and your insurance company. We will do our best to see that you receive the maximum benefit but cannot guarantee any coverage estimate. Should your coverage be less than anticipated, you are responsible for your remaining obligation. All estimated copays are due at day of service.
